Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he should

take Samuel Robinet if he should be found in his bailywick and him
                                        should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of November
Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Seven to Satisife Ann Draper Late
of Somerset County widdow Executrix of the testament and Last Will of Alexander Draper
Late of Somerset County planter ^decd^ of one hundred and Eighty Six pounds of tobacco which to
the same Ann Draper in his said Lordships Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek
by discretion of the Same Justices were adjudged for her Costs and Charges which she sustained
in a Certain plea of trespass upon the Case by the afd Samuel Robinet against the afd Ann
Draper in the Same Court Impetrated according to the form of the Statute thereof made and
provided against parties plantiffs which their writts in such manner of pleas doe not prosecute or
in the same should be precluded whereof he is Convict &.a

                Att which day here before his Lordships Justices at dividing Creek Came the said
Ann Draper by Robert Jenckins Henry her attorney and the Sheriffe of Somerset County (to witt)
John Henry Gent at the same day here returned that he had taken the afd Samuel Robinet
whose body here at this day he had ready to Satisfie &.a as afd he was Commanded &a

And the said Sheriffe at the same day altho Solemnly Called brings not in the body of
the said Samuel Robinet according to the return of the writt afd but makes default &a

You John Locia and John Lane do Confess Judgment to W.m Boston

for the Sum of one pound five Shillings and four pence which Sum was
recovered by the said W.m Boston against John Locia on the third day
       of June 1737 the said Sum of one pound five Shillings and four pence to be Levied
of your Bodies goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of the said W.m Boston
in Case the said John Locia shall not pay and Satisfie to the said W.m Boston the
said one pound five Shillings & four pence so as afd recovered against him with the
additionall Costs thereon on the tenth day of February next
                               Taken before me this 17.th day of Oct.o 1737   John Scott
