heirs and assignes for ever and I do hereby will and desire that my wife af.d may have
the manson house and the housen Convenient thereto with her thirds of this plantation
Item I give and bequeath all the rest and residue of all my estate not before
bequeathed to be equally devided amongst all my Children sons and daughters
only with this differance that may my two daughters Anne and Mary Draper
shall have twenty pound like Currt money as abovesaid each of them more
then any of the rest of their brothers or Sisters      Item I will that my said
Loving wife shall have all her Bread corn for her own familys use ground Toll
free dureing her widowhood at that mill of Cedar Creek af.d    Item I will and
ordain that if any of my Children either sons or daughters shall prove obstinate
and marry against their mothers will they may be hereby disinherited of their
dividend of ^all^ their part and dividuall of my moveable estate   Item I will and
ordain and do hereby Constitute my said Loving wife Anne Draper to be executrix of
all and every other former testaments wills Legacys and Bequests Executrs and Executrix's
by me in any wise before named willed or Bequeathed ratyfing allowing and Confirming
this and no other to be my last will and testament  In Wittness whereof
I have hereunto sett my hand and seal (being Contained in two sheats of paper)
the day and year first above written                                    Alexander Draper (seal)
Sealed published pronounced and declared by the
said Alexander Draper as his Last will and testament
in the presence of us the subscribers

             Sussex ss.t    Memorandum this 12.th day of march 1734 the above
Anthony Woodward and James White two of the Wittnesses to the within will
Subscribing appeared before me Jacob Kollock Dep.t Reg.r appointed for the
probate of wills and granting letters of administrators for the County of Sussex
af.d and on their Solomn oaths did declare that in their sight presence and hearing
the testator Alexander Draper did sign seale publish pronounce and declare
