November Court                     1737                 169

in Somerset County in the province of maryland Containing three hundred acres
of Land to him his heirs and assignes for ever and I do hereby will and ordain that
he shall pay yearly unto his mother Anne Draper the sum of twenty five
pounds Currt money as above said for the space of four years fifty pounds
thereof to be Laid out twowards Schooling of his brothers and Sisters and
the other fifty pounds to be equally devided amongst his brother and sisters
af.d    Item I give and bequeath unto my son Samuel Draper all and
Singular that plantation with the Land and marsh which I bought of
Christopher Nutter lying in Nutters neck as it is comonly Called in this
County of Sussex af.d Likewise I also give unto my said son Samuel Draper
fifteen head of grown Cattle alive and Good to him his heirs and assignes for
ever if it shall happen that he shall die before he attain to the age of twenty
one years then this Land and marsh and Cattle af.d shall be equally devided
amongst his brothers and Sisters aforesaid   Item I give and bequeath unto
my two sons Joseph and Nehemiah Draper seven hundred acres of Land
with the plantation and mills upon it lying at the head of Ceadar Creek upon
the County road in this County of Sussex af.d the mills ^lie^ upon the south branch of said
Creek to be equally devided between them their heirs and assignes for ever
Item I give and bequeath to my said two sons Joseph and Nehemiah two
hundred acres of Land and marsh down the neck joyning to my brother Henry
Drapers Land where he now lives to be equally divided between them their
heirs and assignes for ever and if it shall happen that either of these two
Joseph of Nehemiah shall ^die^ before he arrive to the age of twenty one years
then his surviving brother shall possess and Inherit all and singular
his deceased brothers estate or moiety of the mills Land and marsh af.d forever
Item I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Anne Draper her thirds of
all my Real estate of Lands belonging to be me dureing her life
Item I give unto my said Loving wife her thirds of all my personall estate
of goods and Chattles and fifty pounds Currt money of america to her her
                                                                                                          heirs
