151 Henderson of Somerset County planter in his proper person before the afd Justices at dividing Creek and undertook for the same John Small and assumed upon himself [likewise the Same John Small present herein Court assumed upon himselfe) that if it should happen that Judgment in the plea afd should be rendered for the Same James Mumford against him the Said John Small or that he the same John Small should be therein Convicted that then he the said John Small shall pay and Satisfie unto the said James Mumford the Judgment of the Court thereupon or render his body in Execution of Such Judgm.t to the prison of the Sheriffe of the County afd thereto remaine untill the Same Judgmt be fully Satisfied or that he the Same John Henderson will do the same for him &a
of His Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at deviding Creek in the same County the third tuesday of november Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty seven to answer unto James Longo of a plea that he render unto him seven pounds Curr.t money of the province of maryland which to him he oweth and unjustly detaineth &.a Att which day here before the Justices of his Lordship County Court of Somerset at deviding Creek Came the af.d James Longo by Robert Jenckins Henry his attorney af.d and the sherriffe to witt John Henry Gent at the same day here returned that he had taken the af.d John Farlo whose body hereat this day he had ready to answer unto the af.d James Longo of the af.d plea as to him it was Commanded Whereupon Came hereinto Court a Certain Robert Givans of Somerset County planter in his proper person before the af.d Justices at deviding Creek and undertook for the same John Farlo and assumed upon himself (likewise the same John Farlo present herein Court in his proper person assumed upon himself) that if it should happen that Judgment in the plea af.d should be rendred for the same James Longo against him the said John Farlo or that he the same John Farlo should be therein Convicted that then he the said John Farlo shall pay and satisfie unto the said James Longo the |
