129 tipple game or Committ disorders or other Irregularities in his ordinary or house of entertainment dureing the time that he shall keep the same Contrary to the true intent and meaning of the act of assembly in such case made and provided &c
them Respectively shall seem mete which is by the Court hereunto him granted he giving security according to act of assembly in such case made and provided &.c Whereupon the said Abraham Outten with James Martin and John Scarbrough both of the County af.d Gentleman his securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary of the province of maryland in the sum of five pounds Curr.t money of their goods and Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and severally to be made and Levied to the use of his said Lordships his heirs and successors if it happen that the said Patrick Abraham Outten do and shall not pay unto his Lordship fifty shillings Curr.t money of maryland for every year he shall keep such ordinary or house of entertainment &.c Likewise the said Abraham Outten with James Martin and John Scarbrough his security af.d all present herein Court in their proper persons as af.d acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in the sum of forty pounds Curr.t money of Maryland of their goods and Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and severally to the use of his said Lordships his heirs and successors to be made and Levied if it happen that the said Abraham do not keep good rules and orders and do suffer Idle loose and disorderly persons to tipple Game or Committ disorders or ther Irregularities in his ordinary or house of entertainment dureing the time that he shall keep the same Contrary to the true intent and meaning of the act of assembly in such case made and provided &.c Pursuant to an act of assembly of this province of Maryland Entuled an act of for the Regulating of Ordinarys &.c the Justices of the County Court of Somerset did assess the the Rates and prices of Liquors and Other accomodations as followeth vizt
