Att which day here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek
Came againe as well the afd Thomas Storow as the afd Nathaniel Carrington by their attorneys
afd and Because the afd Thomas Storow did not declare against the afd Nathaniel Carrington in
the plea afd &c         Therefore he and his pledges of prosecuting be in mercy &c and that the ^afd^
Thomas Storow Name pledges &.c and that the afd Nathaniel Carrington go thereof without
day also it is Considered that the afd Nathaniel Carrington recover against the afd Thomas
164   Storow his damages by Occasion of the premisses to
pounds of tobacco to the Same Nathaniel by discretion of the Justices here at his request
for his Costs and Charges in that part Sustained according to the form of the Statute thereof
Lately made and provided by the Court here adjudged &c


    Patrick Mathewson administrator of John Fergeson being somoned to appear at this
Court to give Security for the ballance of the said Fergesons Estate &.c  The said Patrick Mathewson
came here into Court in his proper person   and for as much as it doth appear to the Court here
that the said Patrick Mathewson is the Legall representative of the said Ferguson and to whom
the Estate is due the said Patrick Mathewson is discharged by the Court here from giving of
security for ye said Ballance &c

Somerset County ss.t    The Jurors for the Right Honourable the Lord proprietary
that now is for the body of Somerst County af.d upon their oath do present that Mulatto
Kate late of Coventry parish in the County af.d servant to William Colborn Jun.r
the tenth day of November Anno Dom seventeen hundred thirty and six at the
                   parish af.d in the County af.d and within the Jurisdiction of this Court did Commit
fornication with a Certain person to the Jurors af.d unknown and did permit the same unknown
person then and there to have carnal knowledge of her body and to beget then and there a
basterd Child on the body of her the same Kate to the High displeasure of almighty god to the
evil example of all others in such Case offending contrary to the peace of the said Lord proprietary
that now is his good Rule and Goverment and against the form of the act of assembly
in such case lately made and provided &c             On the foregoing Bill of Indictment it
was endorsed as followeth viz.t  Ignoramus
