following in the State wherein they now are saving to the parties aforesaid &c

       Att which day here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at
dividing Creek Came againe as well the afd Robert Ritchie as the afd John Evans
by their attorneys afd  And because the afd Robert Ritchie did not declare against
the afd John Evans in the plea afd &.c   Therefore he and his pledges of prosecuting
be in mercy and the said Robert Ritchie name pledges &.c  And that the afd John Evans
goe thereof without day  Also it is Considered that the afd John Evans recover against
the afd Robert Ritchie his damages by occasion of the premises to
264                            pounds of tobacco to the Same John by discretion of the Justices
here at his request for his Costs and Charges in that part Sustained according to the
form of the Statute &.c by the Court here adjudged &c

    Command was given to the Sheriffe of Somerset County
that he Should take Daniel Rhodes Late of Somerset County
planter if he Shall be found in his bailywick and him should
safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County
Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third Tuesday of
June anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and Thirty Seven to answer unto Margtt
Causey of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.c and that thereof he Should not fail &c

    Att which day here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing
Creek Came the said Margarett Causey by William Beckingham her attorney and the Sheriffe
of the County afd to witt Joseph MaClester Gent at the Same day here returned that he had taken
the afd Daniel Rhodes whose body here at this day he had ready to answer unto the afd plea
Margarett Cause of the afd plea as to him it was Commanded          And whereupon the
afd Daniel Rhodes putts in his place George Douglas Gentleman attorney at Law against
the afd Margarett Causey of the afd plea   Thereupon at the request of the Same parties
afd day is given to the Same parties before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of
Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the Third Tuesday of August then next following in
the State wherein they are now saving to the parties afd &c            att which day here before
the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek Came againe
as well the afd Margarett Causey as the afd Daniel Rhodes by their attorneys afd and because
