119 pay and satisfie to the said James Hayes the said three thousand five hundred and one pounds of tobacco so as af.d recovered against him with the additional Costs thereon the tenth day of february next R King July 29: 1737 Acknowledged before us 1731 Jn.o Scott
before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of August ann Dom One thousand ^seven hundred^ and Thirty Seven to satisfie Richard Gildart Esq.r as well a Certain debt of four thousand two hundred and Thirty three pounds of tobacco good sound merchantable Tobacco and Cask which the same Richard in his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek before the Justices thereof recovered against him as of three hundred and ninty pounds of tobacco which to the same Richard in the same Court were adjudged for his damages which he had by occasion of the detention of that Same debt whereof he is Convict &c Att which day here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek Came the said Richard Gildart by William Goldsborough his attorney and the Coroners of the same County to witt Henry Ballard and William Lane Gent at the Same day here returned that they had taken the said Joseph Macclester whose body here at this day they had ready to satisfie &c as aforesaid they were Commanded &a You Joseph MccClester Francis Porter and Littleton Townsend do Confess Judgment to Richard Gildart Esq.r for the Sum of four Thousand six hundred Twenty and three pounds of good sound Merchantable tobacco in Cask which sum was recovered by the said Richard Gildart Esq.r against the said Joseph MccClester in Somerset County Court before the Justices of the said Court on the fifteenth day of March 1736 the said four thousand six hundred twenty and three pounds pounds of good sound merchantable tobacco in Cask to be levied of your bodys goods and Chattles Lands and tennements for the used of the said Richard Gildart in case the said Joseph MccClester shall not pay and satisfie to the said Richard Gildart the said four thousand six hundred and thirty and three pounds of good sound Merchantable tob.o in Cask so as af.d recovered against him with the additional Costs thereon the tenth day of Febrry Next acknowledged before us R King July y.e 29th 1737 1731 Jn.o Scott |
