111 of the parties afd it is Considered that the afd Tench Francis recover against the afd Nicholas Fountain Junr his damages afd to the afd four pounds Currant money by the same Nicholas in form afd acknowledged as also 161 pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges afd to the same Tench at his request by the Court here of the assent of the parties afd adjudged which Certain damages in the whole amounts to four pounds Curr.t Money and pounds of tobacco and the afd Nicholas in Mercy &c
Tuesday of August Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Seven to answer unto George Robins of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.c and that thereof he Should not fail &.c Att which day here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek Came the said George Robins by William Goldsborough his attorney and the sher of the Same County to witt Joseph MaClester Gent at the Same day ^here^ returned that he had taken the the afd John Dawson whose body hereat this day he had ready to answer unto the afd George Robins of the afd plea as to him it was Commanded Afterwards to witt the same third Tuesday of August before his Lordships Justices at dividing Creek Came the afd John Dawson in his proper person and the afd George Robins his writt afd against the afd John did not prosecute with Effect but voluntarily suffered his Suit to be discontinued Therefore afterwards to witt that same day by discretion of the Justices here it was adjudged that the same George Robins take nothing by his writt afd but be in Mercy for his falce Clamour & that ye said John Dawson goe thereof without day &c
before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third Tuesday of August Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty Six to answer unto William Rogers of a plea of trespass upon the Case &.c and that thereof he Should not fail &c Att which day here before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset at dividing Creek Came the said William Rogers by George Douglas his attorney and the Sheriffe of the same County to witt Joseph MccClester Gent at the same day here returned that he had taken the afd Thomas Lambden whose body here at this day he had ready to answer unto the afd W.m Rogers of |
