107 of Seventy Eight pounds as appears by the Inventory which Exceeds her thirds of the Ballance which Negroes if delivered to the Children ought to be taken out of the above ballance being first appraised Test Wm Rogers Regr
eighty seven pounds nineteen shillings and ten pence to be paid unto the said Mitchell & Priscilla Dashiell their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and Either of our heirs Ex.rs ^and^ Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 18th Day of August Ann Dom 1737 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Genll hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the Estate of Thomas Dashiell Dec.d where in it is found that there is Ball due to the above said orphans the sum of ninety three pounds nineteen shillings and Eleven pence if therefore the above said Joseph Dashiell Mitchell Dashiell & Alexander Lackie their heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs or either of them do and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the af.d orphans the af.d sum of Ninty three pounds ninteen shilling and Eleven pence in Equal parts and portions According to Act of Assembly when they shall arrive at full age to receive the Same &.c Then the above Obligation to be Void and None Effect Otherwise to remain in full force and virtue &.c Jos Dashiell (seal) Sealed and delivered Jno Smith M Dashiell (seal) In presence of Us Jam.s Martin Alexd Lackie (seal)
