Joseph Charity Patience Mary Elijah and Nathan Weatherlys their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and either of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole and in the whole Jointly and Severally firmly by thes^e^ presents sealed with our seals and dated this 16th day of August Ann Dom 1737 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Genll hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the Estate of William weatherly dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball due unto the above said orphans the sum of Eighty Two pounds and thirteen shillings Curr.t Money of Maryland if therefore the above said Charity Weatherly her heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs or either of them do and shall well and truly pay or Caus to be paid unto the af.d orphans the af.d orphans the af.d orphans the af.d sum of Eighty two pounds & thirteen shillings Curr.t Money to be paid according to act of assembly and dec.d will when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same &.c Then the above obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &.a Charity Weatherly (+) Sealed and delivered in presence of John Goslin (+) John Smith Richard Nichols (+) John Handy
