planters all present here in Court acknowledged themselves Indebted unto His Lordship
the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary in Forty pounds sterling each of their
bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tennements severally to be made and levied
to the use of the Justices of the County af.d and there Successors If it happen
that the said Margaret Peal her heirs Executors or administrators or any of them do
and shall not from time to time and at all times hereafter acquit and save harmless
as well the Justices of the County af.d and their successors for the time being also the
Inhabitans of the said County of and from all Costs Charges troubles and Incumbrances
whatsoever for or by Reason of the birth maintainance nourishing and bringing
up of the said Child and of and from all others suites Charges troubles and demands
whatsoever touching or Concerning of the same &.c    Likewise the said Margaret
Peal is ordered to give security for the payment of the Severall Officers their Fees due by means
of the premisses afd &c    Whereupon the said John Webb and Marg.t Peal both present here
in Court acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord propry in One thousand
pounds of tobacco to be Levied of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to the
Use of the Severall Officers that hath a right to any fee or fees due on the Indictment
afd  If it happen that the said Margaret Peal do not pay unto the Severall Officers
their Just Fees on the Indictment afd    And further the Said Margaret Peal acknowledged
herselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in five pounds Sterling to
be Levied of her goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the Use of his Said Lordship
his heirs and Successors  If it happen that she do not make her personall appearance before
the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the
Same County the third Tuesday of November then next following and do not then and there
give Such Evidence as she shall serve against John Woolford in relation to the ^begetting of the^ Child afd &
do depart the Same Court without Leave &c

on the third tuesday of June to witt the twenty first day of the same month
Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty seven before Robert King Gent
and others his associates Justices of his the said Lord proprietary the peace in the same
                                                                                                                            County
