Caroline county in the state afs.d

Sworn to that the former
was lost (Duplicate)

       The state of maryland Talbot County to wit:
                                  I hereby certify that James
Neale of the County and state afs.d 
came and proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof a black woman
named Rose who is now about 21 years
of age 5 feet 7¼ inches high has no
notable marks or scars is the identical
man person manumitted and set free
by M.r Hammond Esq of the County
afs.d

                10.th day of April 1815
