Talbot County to wit
 I hereby Certify that M.r
William mullikin of the
County and state afs.d came and proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof (Negro Henry alias Henry
Rhoden who is now about 23 years of age 5 feet
35/8 inches high has of a Dark complexion has
no noteable marks) was born free and raised
near a Village called the Trappe in Talbot County
afs.d
                       In Testimony &.c this 9.th of sep.r

 I hereby Certify that
M.r W.m Tomlinson of
the County afs.d came and proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof (negro George
otherwise called George Cromwell who is now
about 47 years of age 5.11¾ in high of a
Yellow Complexion has one small scar partly on
the Back of his right hand and about 3/10 of an inch
from the third joint of the thumb one other scar in his
forehead one other scar under his right eye and one
other scar on the the right side of his chin has lost
several of his upper teeth) is the Identical
person manumission & set free by M.r James
Powell of the County and state afs.d
                   In Testimony &c this 26 of sep.r

    Maryland Talbot County to wit:   I hereby certify
that Rob.t Kemp of the County & State afs.d came
& proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a
mulatto woman named Jane who is now about 21
years of age 5.2¼ inches high has no notable marks)
was manumitted set free by David Cromwell
of the County & State afs.d & was raised in
said County & state
