State of Maryland
 I hereby Certify all persons
whom it doth concern
that Joseph Tilson proved to my satisfaction
that negro ala the bearer hereof a dark Mulatto
or nutmeg colour four feet nine inches high
with a scar on her right wrist was raised
in Talbot County is the Identical person
manumitted by her father Simon Rakes
                                    June 11th 1808

Talbot County to wit  I hereby Certify all persons whom
it doth or may concern that Saml Troth of the service
of Carter came and proved to my satisfaction that
the bearer hereof Negro Henny Truman a very bright
Mulatto 5f 3 Ir high has no visible scars or marks
except a very small mark on her left wrist and has lost
several of her teeth about fifty five years of age Is the
Identical person manumitted by Aaron Atkinson
William Dixon Rachel Dixon free this 8 day of Ap 1731

 I hereby certify all persons whom it doth
or may concern that Caleb Brown of Talbot
County came and proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof Negro
Cassa about twenty years of age of a dark brown complexion five
feet one Inch high has a marke or scar near the corner of her left
Eye and also one on her left cheek near her thing and has lost some
of her four teeth  Is the Identical person manumitted by my Father
William Brown in the year 1803 to be free on the first day of
Janry 1809
