Baltimore October 9.th 1812   Recurred of
negro Esther the sum of eight Dollars
in full of her term of servitude   and I hereby
declare and make known that the said
Easther is to all intents free to act in all
matters for herself and on her own footing
       Her manumition is recorded in Talbot
County Court   in this state
                                     Jno Meredith
