State of Maryland
Talbot County to wit:
I hereby certify that M.rs Sarah
Reyner of the County and State aforesaid came and proved
to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof negro Alsey
who is now about 22 years of age 5 feet 5 Inches high
has a small appearance of a scar between the wrist and
the elbow which she says was occasioned by a
bourne with a flat Iron is the Identicle negro woman
manumitted and set free by John Dickinson
          of the County afs.d dec.d which said negro was raised
in the County and State aforesaid

Isaac Atkinson of the county and State aforesaid
came and proved to my satisfaction that the bearer
hereof negro Isaac alias Isaac Rideout a black
man who is now about 26 years of age 5 feet
3¼ Inches high has no notable marks or scars
was born free and raised in the County & State
afs.d                           In Testimony &c this 12.th
