Talbot County to wit
I hereby certify all persons whom it doth
or may Concern that Jonathan Kinnamont of the County aforesd
Came and proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof George
Peck a Black man about five feet Seven Inches high about
21 years of age with a scar on the upper part of his wrist and a
small black lump very near the scar was born and raised in the
County afs.d and is free born   In Witness whereof I have
                 hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of my office
    (Seal)    &c   this 11th of July 1815

whom it doth or may Concern that Vinton Frampton
of the County afs.d Came and proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof Henry Armstrong about 22 years
of age 5 feet 11 Inches high of a nutmeg Colour with no
visible scar or mark was raised in the County afs.d
and is free born               I witness whereof &c
                                      this 11.th day of July 1815
