Talbot County to wit
 I hereby Certify all persons whome
doth or may concern that Samuel Troth
of Talbot County & State af.d came and proved my sales
that Esther a black girl aged about Eighteen years of age
was born freed in the af.d County the said Esther is five feet
one Inch & three Quarters of an Inch high  I Witness whereof
I hereto set my hand and affix the seal of my offc this 1st of Agst
                                                                                  1808

 I hereby Certify to all persons
whom it doth or may Concern
That James Roper of Easton in the County afsd Come
and proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
a negro Girl by the name of Eliza five and one and
an half Inch high with a scar on her Right Cheek
arm about seventeen years old is the Daughter of a negro
woman manumated by Alexander M Callum in the
year Seventeen hundred and Eighty Eight and that she
was raised in the County afsd  In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the public seal
of my office this thirtieth august EIghteen hundred and
Eight

the town of Easton in the County afsd proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof a black woman by the name of
Esther with a black spot on the ^back of the left eye^ five feet seven
and an Quarter Inches high about thirty five years of
age was raised in the County afs.d and manumitted by Col
Perry Spencer of the County afsd  In witness whereof I hereto
sett my hand and affix the public seal of my office
this thirtieth day of August Eighteen hundred and Eight
