State of maryland  Talbot County  To wit
          I hereby certify that Samuel S Dickinson
of the County & State afs.d came & proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof a dark
mulatto woman named Fanny who is
now about 30 years of age 5 ft 6⅛ inches high
has one large Scar about 3½ inches above
the elbow of her left right arm & a small
scar between the 2.d & 3.d Joints of the middle
finger of her left hand is the identical
person manumt.d & set free by mary Webb
of the County & State afs.d where the said Fanny
was raised      In Testimony & this 29.th.

I hereby certify that M.r Sam.l
S Dickinson of the county and State aforesaid came
and proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
a black woman named Daphney who is now about
38 years of age 5 feet 8¾ Inches high has a very
large scar on her Breast is the Identicle person set
free by a certain Mary web of the County and State
aforesaid where the said Daphny was raised

                In Testimony &.c this 29th day of
                      aug.t 1815
