                   We Command you that you take

    (seal)       if       Shall be found in your Bailiwick and
                   Safe keep so that you have     body before the Judges
                   of the General Court at a General Court to be held
for the Eastern Shore of Maryland at Talbot County Courthouse
the Second Tuesday of Next to Answer Unto



Hereof fail not at your peril and have you then and there
this Writ Witness The Honourable R H H Esq.r Chief Judge of
our Said Court this               day of              Anno Dom 1785

the sum of one thousand pounds Current Money of Maryland
which to him he owes and unjustly detains & so forth

                Debt on Bond for Money of Another State

Issue Capias against A B late of      County Merchant otherwise
Called A B of             County Merchant to Answer Unto C D of
a plea that he render unto him the sum of one thousand pounds
Sterling Money of Great Britain of the Value of sixteen hundred
and sixty six pounds thirteen shillings and four pence Cur Mo
of Maryland which from him he unjustly detains &.c
