                        In Trespass

Issue Capias against W G late of Cæcil County Yeoman to Answer
unto C W of a plea wherefore with force and Arms & so forth the
Close of him the said C at Cæcil County afs.d he broke & Entered
and the Soil and Meadows of him the said C of the Value of
Seven hundred pounds Current Money with his feet and the feet
of his Servants Horses and ploughs he trod down turned up
and destroyed and the fences of him the Said C to the value of
three hundred pounds Current Money in the same Close being
Erected did throw down take Carry away and destroy and
other wrongs to him the said C then and there did to the great
Damage of the said C and against the peace Government
and Dignity of the State of Maryland & so forth


                         Assault & Battery

Issue Capias against E P late of       County planter to Answer
Unto T V and E his Wife of a plea wherefore with force and
Arms at      County afs.d in and upon her the said Elizabeth
V he the said E P an Assault did Make and her the Said E V
did beat wound and Evilly treat so that her life it was greatly
despaired of and other harms to her the said Elizabeth then and
there did to the great damage of them the said T and E and
against the peace Government and dignity of the State of Maryland
& so forth

Unto J H in a plea that he render unto him a reasonable Acc.t
for the time he was Bailiff of the said J H at
       County afs.d and receiver of the Money of the said J H
which to him he ought to render & so forth
