State of Maryland
Talbot County to wit
 I hereby ^Certify^ all persons whom it doth
or may concern that Frances Neal of
Talbot County afs.d came and proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof Negro Maria alias Maria Elbert a very bright
Mulatto Girl about 19 years of age 5 feet 3 Inch.s and an half
high has no visible scars or marks but one of her left ^little finger^ crooked
was free born of a woman manumitted by James Kemp
1775 & was raised in the said County  Testimon & June

Talbot County to wit
 I hereby Certify all persons whom
it doth or may concern that
Elizabeth Mullikin of Talbot County came & proved to
my satisfaction that the bearer hereof Negro Lydia
alias Lydia Potts of a light brown complexion five feet
six Inches and an half high has two scars or markes
ver her wrigh Eye & also has one on her breast not
far from her neck about seventeen years of age
was free born of a woman manumitted by James Mullikin
in the year seventeen hundred and eighty
                      In Testimony whereof

Talbot County to wit
 I hereby Certify all
persons whom it
doth or may COncern that John Cunb of
Talbot County came and proved to my satisfaction
that the bear hereof a dar brown
Complection five feet eleven Inches high about
40 years of age has severally small scars on his
hand occasioned by Cuts a dimple on his Chin is
the Identical person manumited by Robert
Rob Lambden on the 11th day of may 1801
and was raised in his County   In Witness
this 11 day of June 1807
