was raised in the said County was born free is the
Daughter of [illegible] who was manumitted by Aron
Atkinson in the year seventeen hundred & eighty
two   In witness 23d 1807   J L

Talbot County to wit
 I hereby Certify all persons whom it
doth or may concern that James
Cockayne of the Town of Easton in Talbot County afsd came &
proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof Negro
Perry Smith of a dark brown Complexion about 26
years of age 5 feet 8 In high with a noteable scar under
his right ey and also a small scar just over the left corner
of his right Eye was free born & ^was^ raised in Talbot County afd
                   In Testimony & May 27 1807

Talbot County to wit
 I hereby Certify all persons whom it
doth or may concern that James
Ridgaway of Talbot County afd came & proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof Negro Sam of a dark brown complexion
about 27 years of age 5 feet 8 Inches high has a noteable
scar in his forehead and a mole in the pal of his left hand
is the Identical person manumitted by Joseph Ridgaway
in the year 1791 to be free on the first day of January
1805 was raised in the County  In Testimony &  J L May 25, 1807

 I hereby Certify all persons
whom it doth or may concern
that Pery Spencer of Talbot County
came and proved to my satisfaction that the bear hereof
Philip Flood a mulatto man about thirty five years
of age five feet ten inches high has a small scar a small
space over his left eye and a mole under his left eye was
raised in this County is the Identical person manumitted
by Joseph Fraland in the year eighteen hundred & five
       In Witness this 25 May 1807
