Talbot County to wit
 I hereby Certify all persons whom it doth or
may concern that Ennalls Martin of the
Town of Easton in Talbot County afs.d came and proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer a very bright Mulatto Man about
thirty years of age five feet Nine Inches and one Quarter Inch
high is the Identical Man Manumitted by Anna M Tilghman
of the County afs.d on the 14 of April last the afs.d Perry
has no visible mark and was raised in Talbot County afs.d
                   In Testimony & 16 Decr 1806   JLoockerman Clk

 I hereby Certify all persons whom it
doth or may concern that John [illegible]
of the Town of Easton in Talbot County afs.d came and proved to my
satisfaction the bearer hereof a black Man by the name of
Abraham five feet eight inches and one half inch high is the
Identical Negro Man manumitted by him and bearing even date
with this certificate his upper fore teeth rather wide apart
was raised in the County and is about twenty eight years of
age  No visible mark   In Testimony &  7 1806

 I hereby Certify all persons whom it
doth or may Concern that Richard Spence of
Talbot County came and proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof a dark mulatto man named Levin aged
twenty eight years five feet eight Inches & one quarter Inches
high was raised in the County af.d has no visible scar or mark
is the Identical person manumitted by his Father Richd Spence
on the twenty fourth day of Jan.y 1806
                     Witness &c 10th Feb.y 1807
