Walley Wells Certificate

Complexion is the Identicle person called Bill in
a manumission made by M.r John Kersey of the
County and State aforesaid to be free on the first Day
of may in the year eighteen hundred and ten which
said manumission is duly executed and recorded among
the land records of the county and state afs.d where
the said William Kerr was raised
                      In Testimony &c this 15.th day of
                      october 1811

          Talbot County to wit
 I hereby Certify that R.d Trippe of the
County and State afs.d came and
          proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a very
          black man named William who calls himself William
          Thomas being about the age of 35 years 5 feet 5½ inches high has
          no particular scars is the identical person set freed by Sarah
          Ennalls by manumission bearing date the 22d day of July 1811
          and which was duly & legally attested acknowledged and enrolled
          among the Land records of the County afs.d where the said
          William was raised
                                              In Testimony &.c this 19.th day of May

I hereby Certify that Rebecca Cox of Talbot
County Came and proved to my satisfaction that the bearer
hereof Rhoda Adams a black Girl about five feet three Inches
high was born and raised in the county afs.d with
the mark of a burn between her brest about
nineteen years of age is free born
