                                     Negro William

State of Maryland Harford County to wit   I hereby certify
that the bearer hereof Negro William five feet four & an half
Inches high about twenty seven      years of age of a
Black complexion was born free.  The said Negro
William was raised in the county aforesaid he has a
small scar on the back of his left wrist
and a lump on his breast
    In Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed
my name and affixed the seal of the County aforesaid
this nineteenth day of May Eighteen hundred and
seven                                    Henry Dorsey Clk
proved by Jn.o Watters of S.t/ as p.r aff.t filed


                                        Negro Betty

State of Maryland Harford County to wit
                                                                I hereby certify
that the bearer hereof Negro Betty five feet one inch and an
half high about twenty seven years of age of a black complexion
became free on the fifteenth day of February in the year
Eighteen hundred and four by virtue of a deed of Manumission
made by Thomas Bond of John of said County
duly executed and recorded amongst the land records of
Harford County Court.  The said negro Betty was raised
in the County aforesaid and has a scar on the left eye
brow and one on the right arm
       In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the seal of my office this twenty fifth day of May
in the year Eighteen hundred and seven

The said negro Betty identified         Henry Dorsey Clk
by John W Bond who was present
when the pass was granted
