10)                              Negro Leander

State of Maryland Harford County to wit
                                                                   I hereby certify
that the bearer hereof Negro Leander five feet two
and an half Inches high about thirty five years of age
of a Black Complexion became free on the sixteenth
day of April Eighteen hundred in virtue of a Deed of
Manumission made by Stephen Watters of said
County and duly Executed and recorded      The said
Negro Leander was raised in the County aforesaid
the said Leander & has a high fore-head         In
Testimony whereof I have hereto subscribed my
name and affixed the seal of the County aforesaid
this this twenty sixth day of May in the year of our
Lord Eighteen hundred and seven

                                     Negro Josh

    State of Maryland  Harford County to wit   I hereby
Certify that the bearer hereof Negro Josh five
feet four and three quarter Inches high about twenty
eight years of age of a Black Complexion
became free on the sixteenth day of April Eighteen
hundred and six in virtue of a Deed of manumission
made by Stephen Watters of said county and duly
Executed and recorded.  The said Negro Josh was raised
in the county aforesaid            In Testimony
whereof I have hereto subscribed my name and
affixed the seal of the county aforesaid this
twenty sixth day of May in the year of our
Lord Eighteen hundred and seven
