Records of Harford County Court and that the said
Negro John was raised in Harford ^said^ County aforesaid
             In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed the seal of my office this
twenty fourth day of July Eighteen hundred and
twenty seven          Henry Dorsey Clk Hd Cy Court

    I hereby Certify that the bearer hereof Negro Heny
five feet six inches high aged about twenty three
years of a dark complexion and pleasant countenance
with a scar on each of his little
fingers occasioned by the cut of sickles became
free on the seventeenth day of march Eighteen
hundred and nineteen by virtue of a Deed
of manumission made by Samuel Coale
duly executed and recorded among the
land records of Harford County Court and
the said negro Heny was raised part of his
time in Cecil County and now a citizen of
Harford County
                In Testimony whereof I have hereunto
                set my hand and affixed the seal of
                my office this twenty fourth day of July
                Eighteen hundred and twenty seven
