five feet eight and three quarters inches high about twenty eight
years of age of a dark complexion became free on the first
day of august eighteen hundred and nine in virtue of a manumission
made by John Lee Webster of said county and duly
executed and recorded      The said negro Sam has a scar
on the middle finger of the right hand and one on the left
side of his head and has a sharp chin small mouth
and a good open countenance and was raised in the
County aforesaid      In testimony whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed the seal of my office this first day
of January in the year Eighteen hundred and ten

County aforesaid this 12.th day of March 1810
