                                    Negro Harry

State of Maryland   Harford County to wit
                      I hereby certify that the bearer hereof Negro Harry
five feet Eight inches high about thirty seven years of
age of a black complexion became free on this twenty fifth
day of April Eighteen hundred and nine by virtue of a deed
of manumission made by Ruth Wilmoth of said county and
duly executed and recorded   The said negro Harry has a
scar on his left knee and one on the first joint of the great
toe on the left foot and was raised in the County aforesaid
    In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the seal of my office this twenty fifth day of April
Eighteen hundred and nine
Negro Harry proved and            Henry Dorsey Clk
identified by Ruth Wilmoth
in the office
   

                                  Negro Henry

State of Maryland    Harford County to wit
             I hereby certify that the bearer hereof Negro Henry six feet
high about twenty five years of age of a black complexion
became free on the thirtieth day of May last in virtue of a
deed of manumission made by George G Presbury the 3.d
of said county duly executed and recorded  The said negro
Henry has a large mouth broad nose large rolling eyes
and the thumb on his right hand is much larger than
that of the left is slender made and was raised in the
City of Philadelphia      In Testimony whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed the seal of my office
this first day of June Eighteen hundred and nine
                                                 Henry Dorsey Clk
Negro Henry having produced
his manumission with sundry
certificates relative to his conduct &.c
I have in consequence thereof
given him a pass
