                                Negro Omey

I hereby certify that Negro Omey the bearer of this about
fifty two years of age of dark complexion 5 feet 1¼ inches
in height with a small scar above the outer corner of the
left eye became free in virtue of a Deed of Manumission
from John Lee Webster dated the 14th day of February
1793 and recorded in Liber J. L. G. N.o M folio 30 one
of the Land Record Books of Harford County Court
             In testimony whereof I hereto subscribe my
             name and affix the Seal of Harford County
             Court this 13th day of October 1836

                               Negro Annett

I hereby certify that Negro Annett the bearer of this
about twenty years of age of dark complexion 5 feet
five inches high with a large scar on the upper part of
her forhead another on her left temple near the eye
and one transversely across her left wrist on the outside
thereof was born free & is now free
             In testimony whereof I hereto subscribe my
             name and affix the Seal of Harford County
             Court this 13th day of October 1836
