Maryland Harford County Sct
            I hereby certify that the bearer hereof
Negro Ibby thirty years of age five feet two inches
and a half high has a considerable scar on the
right cheek near the ear and has a considerable
scar in the corner of the left eye and has a small
scar on the right cheek and has rather a light
complection was born free and raised in
Harford County
                   In Testimony whereof I have hereto
                   subscribed my name and affixed
                   the seal of Harford County Court
                   this thirty first day of May Eighteen
                   hundred and thirty two

executed by William Wilson and duly recorded
among the land Records of Harford
County Court
                   In Testimony whereof
                I have hereto subscribed my
                name and affixed the seal
                of Harford County Court this
                thirty first day of May Eighteen
                hundred and thirty two
