                I hereby certify that the bearer hereof
Negro Mingo fifty one years of age dark complection
five feet nine and a half inches high square
and well made pleasant countenance became
free in virtue of a Deed of Manumission Executed
by Rebecca Weston on the tenth day of August Eighteen
hundred and twelve
                In Testimony whereof I have hereto
                subscribed my name and affixed
                the seal of Harford County Court
                this thirtieth day of May Eighteen
                hundred and thirty two
