Maryland Harford County Sct
                I hereby certify that the bearer hereof
Negro Eliza fourteen years of age five feet one inch
and a half high her fingers very much scarified
on both hands occasioned from having been burned
and a black complection was born free and raised
in Harford County
             In Testimony whereof I have hereto
             set my hand and affixed the seal
             of Harford County Court this thirtieth
             day of May Eighteen hundred and
             thirty two

Maryland Harford County Sct
                   I hereby certify that the bearer hereof Negro
Dick forty four years of age dark complection slender
made five feet Eleven inches high has two scars on the forehead
and a large scar on the left arm and some what Grey
headed became free in virtue of a Deed of Manumission
Executed by Samuel Daugherty on the 4.th day
of January 1799 and recorded in Liber J L G N.o D
one of the land Record books of Harford County Court
                   In Testimony whereof I have hereto
                   subscribed my name and affixed
                   the seal of Harford County Court this
                   thirtieth day of May Eighteen hundred
                   and thirty two
