Maryland Harford County Ss
                I hereby certify that the bearer hereof
Negro Harrett dark complection five feet three
inches high has a scar across the left arm and some
small scars on the fingers of the left hand twenty
nine years of age became free in virtue of a Deed
of Manumission Executed by Richard B Dallam
on the fifth day of may Eighteen hundred
and seven and Recorded in Liber H D N.o T folio
72 one of the land Record Books of Harford
County Court and that said Negro Harrett
was raised in Harford County
                In Testimony whereof I have
                hereto subscribed my name
                and affixed the seal of Harford
                County Court this twenty
                ninth day of May Eighteen
                hundred and thirty two

                   I hereby certify that the bearer
hereof Negro Charlotte is the daughter of
Negro Doll who was manumitted by John
Lee Webster on the fourth day of February in
the Year Seventeen hundred and ninety three
which manumission is recorded in Liber
J L G N.o M folio 30 one of the land Record books of
Harford County Court that the said Negro Charlotte
was born free and raised in Harford County she is
five feet four inches high very black slender made
long visage pleasant countenance has a small
scar on the upper part of her left wrist on the Joint
and is thirty seven years of age
                In Testimony whereof I have hereto
                set my hand and affixed the seal
                of Harford County Court this twenty second
                ninth day of May Eighteen hundred
                and thirty two
