                I hereby Certify that the bearer hereof Negro
Nan seventy years of age dark complection five feet
two inches high has a scar on the left wrist became free
in virtue of a Deed of Manumission Executed by Joseph
Scott Hannah Scott Elizabeth Norris Susanna Norris
and Mary Norris on the tenth day of august Eighteen
hundred and five and Recorded in Liber H D N.o S
folio 112 one of the land record books of Harford County
Court
                         In Testimony whereof I have hereto
                         Subscribed my name and affixed
                         the seal of Harford County Court this
                         twenty fifth day of May Eighteen

under the same Eye lame in the right leg and the
foot turned considerably inward became free
in virtue of a Deed of Manumission Executed
by Joseph Scott Hannah Scott Elizabeth Scott
