                   I hereby certify that the bearer hereof
Negro William Henry twenty six hears of age rather
light complection five feet Eleven and a half inches
high became free in virtue of a Deed of
Manumission Executed by Eleanor Cowan on
the fifteenth day of November Eighteen hundred
and six and Record in Liber H D N.o S folio
498 one of the land Record books of Harford
County Court
                In Testimony whereof I have
                hereto subscribed my name
                and affixed the seal of Harford
