Maryland Harford County Sct
             I hereby certify that the bearer
hereof Negro Effey Eighteen years of age dark
complection five feet three and a half inches high
has a scar on the left side of her neck became
free in virtue of a Deed of Manumission
Executed by George Hill to her mother Molly
on the thirteenth day of December seventeen
hundred and ninety four and recorded
among the land Records of Harford County
Court
                In Testimony whereof I have
                hereto subscribed my name
                and affixed the seal of Harford  
                County Court this twenty second
                day of May Eighteen hundred
                and thirty two

fifteenth day of November Eighteen hundred and six
and Recorded in Liber H D N.o S folio 498 one
of the land Record books of Harford County Court

                   Court this twenty third day of
                   May Eighteen hundred and thirty two
