Both born and Reside in Queen Anns County in the
state aforesaid and proved by the oath of Thomas Reed
of the county aforesaid to be the Identical person as above
discribed           In Testimony whereof I hereto set my hand
seal of
the orphans
court
 and affix the seal of the orphans court for Queen
Anns County this 6.th day of June Anno Domini
one thousand eight hundred and nine

Maryland ss  I do hereby certify all whom it doth or may
Concern that by the last will and Testament of a certain John
Lambert Wilmer late of Queen Anns county deceased duly Executed
on the 8.th day of September in the year of our Lord seventeen
hundred and ninety four and legally proved in my office on the
28.th day of october Anno Domini 1795 a certain negro man
named Perry who is the bearer hereof of a tolerable dark complexion
five feet ten inches high has a scar on his left rist
and has a small Lump on his chin and is about forty years
of age was manumitted and set free his freedom to commence
"when he attained the age of thirty four years"
and proved by the oath of a certain William Hackett to
be the Identical person as mentioned by the testator in
his said will      In Testimony whereof I have hereunto
seal of the
orphans
Court
 set my hand and affixed the seal of the orphans
Court for Queen Anns County this 7.th day of
August Anno Domini One thousand eight
hundred and nine      Wm H Nicholson Regr wills for Q A County


Maryland Sct  I do hereby certify that by a codicil to the
last will and Testament of a certain Nathan Godwin
late of Queen Anns County deceased duly Executed on the
31.st day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and five and proved in my office on the twenty
