60 The State of Maryland Queen Anns County To Wit I do hereby Certify to all persons whom it doth or may concern that by the last WIll and Testament of a Certain Charles Elliott late of Queen Anns County deceased proved in my office on the 24 day of January 1804 a certain Negro Man named Venn feet feet 3 Inches high of a dark Complexion about forty eight years of age grey head a scar on the ball of the first finger of the right hand Was manumitted and set free her freedom to Commence at the Expiration of seven years from the death of the Testator her person identified Wm Elliott In this 3 April 1819 Tho C Earle R Wills The State of Maryland Queen Anns County to wit I do hereby Certify to all persons whom it doth or may Concern that by the last Will and Testament of a Certain Vachel Donnes late of Queen Anns County deceased proved in my office on the fourth day of January Eighteen seventeen hundred and ninety one a Certain negro Woman named Sarah of a dark Complexion five feet one and a half Inch high about thirty years of age has a scar on the wrist of the right arm occasioned by a burn a scar on the first joint of the left thumb Was Manumitted and set free her freedom to Commence on the first day of January 1809 her person identified by a Certain Charles Donnes of Queen Anns County In Testimony &c this 3d April 1819 Tho C Earle Rg Wills Q A Coty |
