The State of Maryland Queen anns County to wit
    I do hereby certify all persons whom it doth or
may concern that by the last Will and Testament of
a Certain Jonathan Roberts duly executed on the
12th day of November 1796 and proved in my office
on the 27th day of July 1797 a certain Negroe
Boy named David of a Dark complexion Five
feet three and a half Inches high now about Twenty
Two years of age hath a wart on the Back part
of the left ear and scars apparently natural
on the left right arm was manumitted and
set free his Freedom to commence on the
Christmast day next ensuing the death of the
Testator his person identified by the oaths of
two respectable citizens of this county
                   In Testimony & this 10th July 1815

Maryland Queen anns County sst  I do hereby
Certify that by the last Will and Testament of
a Certain Benjamin Rigby late of Queen anns
County deceased uly executed on the 29 January
1803 and proved in my office on the 30 May 1813
a Certain Negro woman named Darky of a
dark complexion five feet and one Inch high
about Forty five years of age hath a flesh marks
on the cheak bone near the left Eye was manumitted
and set free her freedom to commence
at the death of the Testator her
