2 Maryland ss I do hereby certify that by the last will and Testament of a Certain Jacob Barnes late of Queen Anns County deceased duly Exhibited in the Month of June 1799 and proved in my office on the 10.th day of December 1799 a certain negro named Jacob of dark complexion five feet six inches and three Quarters high about thirty years of age with a scar on the inside of his left Rist was manumitted and set free his freedom to commence on the 10.th day of December in the year 1807 and proved by the oath of Thomas Winchester to be the Identical Boy specified in said will In Testimony whereof I have hereto set
Queen Anns County ss I do hereby certify that by the last will and Testament of a certain John Grayson late of Queen Anns County deceased duly executed on the twenty sixth day of December in the year Eighteen hundred and five and proved in my office on the fourth day of January in the year Eighteen hundred and six a certain negro named Jacob of Dark complexion five feet four inches and a quarter of an Inch high thirty years of age with a scar on the Back of his head and two large scars on his right Leg near the shin Bone was manumitted and set free his freedom to commence in the month of March in the year Eighteen hundred and six and proved by the oath of Richard Grayson Brother to the said John Grayson to be the Identical Boy specefied in said will
