[19 woman named Milly born in Queen Anns County aged about 34 years five feet one inch and a half inch high has on her right arm close by the hand a large scar and one on her right eye occasioned by a burn one on her left elbow was manmitted and set free her freedome to commence three years after the date of the probate to the Will her person identified by the oath of Mrs Wren L S Nov.r 8th 1811 Test Wm H Nicholson Rg Q A County Maryland Sct I do hereby certify to whom it doth concern that by the last Will & Testament of John Carter duly executed on the 20th day of March 1798 and proved in my office on the 11 Day of February 1801 a certain negro woman named Judy born in Queen Anns County aged about 28 years five feet two inches high has on her right wrist a small scar occasioned by a burn & on her left wrist a small one occasioned by a cut was manumitted and sit free her freedome to commence 10 years after the date of the probate to the Will her person identified by the oath of Mrs Wren L S Test Wm H Nicholson Rg Q A County Nov.r 8th 1811 Maryland Sct I do hereby to whom it doth concern that by the last Will and Testament of Arthur Emory duly executed on the seventh day of september seventeen hundred and ninety nine and proved in my office on the eighteen day of September eighteen hundred and one a certain molatto woman named Easther aged twenty six years five feet four inches high has on her right arm two small scars occasioned by bleeding opposite each other and one on her left occasioned by the same and one on her face on the right side occasioned by falling was manumitted and set free her freedom to commence twenty and five years after the date of the will her person identified by the oath of Peregrine Emory L S Feb 27th 1812 Test W.m H Nicholson Reg Q A County |
