181 in my office on the 21.st January 1832 his freedom to commece on 21.st January 1837 and his person being Identified by the Oath of a certain Woolman J. Gibson In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my [seal] name and affixed the seal of my office March 11.th 1837 Tho C Earle Reg Wills for Queen Anns County Maryland Queen Anns County to wit I hereby certify that a certain Negro man by the name of Madison or otherwise Madison Garnett aged about 28 years five feet 8½ inches high and is very Black has no scars was manumated and set free by the Last Will and Testament of a certain Philip Feddeman duly executed on the 18.th day of July 1821 and admitted to probat on the 22 Janry 1822 his freedom to commece on the first of Janry 1837 and his person being identified by the Oath of a certain Rich.d T Earle In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my [seal] name and affixed the seal of my office March 28 1837 Tho C Earle Reg Will for Queen Anns County Maryland Queen Anns County to wit I hereby certify that a certain Negro Woman by the name of Deala Baxter otherwise called Deala age about 36 years five feet 1½ inches high and is very Black has some scars on her right arm was manumated and set free by the last will and Testament of a certain Vinson Baxter duly executed on the 13.th July 1831 and admitted to probate on the 5 Sep.t 1831 her freedom being Identified by the Oath of a certain Ann Philips In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my name (seal) and affixed the Seal of my office March 29.th 1837 Tho C Earle Reg Wills for Q A County |
