and applying for a Certificate of freedom named
Francis Ann Thomas was born free and raised
in Kent County and is now about 21 years old
    March 2.d 1860               Jacob G Maslin
       Francis is 5 feet ½ inch high of dark complexion

        high and of a dark Complexion
