    I hereby certify that a negro woman now present
and applying for a certificate of Freedom named
Louisa Tilghman was Born Free and Raised in
Kent County
    July 21st 1858                     Janes Graves
Louisa is about 40 years Old 4 feet 10¼ inches high
Small mole under left eye and small scar under
RIght cheek of light Brown complexion

John Gaddess was born of a Free woman and

Scar Near left eye and on the left hand aged
about 21 years
