             I hereby certify that a negro woman
now present and applying for a certificate
of Freedom Named Hettie Dorsey is the
Identical negro woman named in a deed
of manumission from William Lloyd
dated on the first day of May 1858 and
Recorded in Liber J.F.G. No 1 one of the
Chattel Records for Kent County
Hettie is about 4 feet 11½ inches high who is
now about 35 years old of a Dark Color A
Scar on the top of the Left arm

County Abe is about 20 years old 5 feet 4¼ inches
high with two Small Scars on the forehead
