Estate he had with the widow that did belong to the daughter of Isaac Stevens
for which I was bound; which will oblige Your very humble Servant

To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County Court This

                The above Instrument of writing being read and heard and the premisses Considered   Wherefore
it is Ordered by the Court here that the said George Dashiell take into his Care and Custody of the Estate of the
said Isaac Stevens dec.d to the Value of the Childs part that he was security for if so much to be found in the
County afd Lett it be of what sort soever to preserve it for the Use of that said Child &c


Memorand.m that William Teague of Somerset County planter who is within the age of twenty One
Years is admitted by Samuel Trewitt his Guardian in his Lordships County Court of Somerser before the
Justices thereof at dividing Creek in the same county to defend an action brought against him by a Certain
Benjamin Tull in a plea of trespass upon the Case in the same Court prosecuted &a

     You William Porter Samuel Trewitt and William Bishop do Confess
Judgment to George Douglas for the sum of five hundred and sixty pounds
of tobacco which sum was recovered by the said George Douglas against
William Porter on the twenty first day of March before James Martin one of his Lordships Justices
of the peace for Somerset County y.e said five hundred and Sixty pounds of Tobacco to be Levied of
y.r bodies goods or Chattles Lands or tenements for the use of the said George Douglas in Case y.e s.d
Willm Porter shall not pay and Satisfie to y.e s.d George Douglas y.e s.d Sum of five hundred
pounds of Tob.a so as afores.d recovered against him with the additionall Cost thereon on y.e
Tenth day of February next Confesst and acknowledge before                           Jam.s Martin

before Mitchell Dashiell one of his Lordships Justices of y.e peace for Somrset
County the s.d one pound fifteen Shillings and ten pence to be Levied of y.r bodies goods or Chattles
Lands or Tenements for y.e use of y.e s.d Wony McClemy in Case y.e s.d Joseph Nicholson shall not
