Isaac Moor
    Recognizance
 Isaac Moor of Somerset County planter being present here in Court in his proper
person is ordered to give Recognizance for his appearance at November Court next
to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against William Mister in trespass and
assault &a                 Whereupon the said Isaac Moor present here in Court as aforesaid acknowledged
himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary of the province of Maryland
in the Sum of five pounds sterling good and Lawfull money of England of his goods and Chattells
Lands and tenements to the use of his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors
to be made and Levied if it happen that the afd Isaac Moore do not make his personall appearance
before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third
Tuesday of November next and do not then and there give Such Evidence as he Shall know against W.m
Mister on his said Lordships behalfe and do depart the Same Court without Leave &a          then &a
